Multiple award-winning director Raul Perez, a Southern California native, has cemented his place in the film industry through his gripping, visually striking storytelling. Inspired by Tony Scott’s Man on Fire, Raul’s filmmaking journey began behind the camera, leading him to co-write, produce, and direct "The Ice Cream Stop"—a powerful short film that earned multiple festival awards and prestigious nominations from the NAACP IMAGE AWARDS and Micheaux Film Festival for Outstanding Directing. Building on this success, Raul directed his debut feature, The 4 Points, which won Best Thriller and Best Indie Feature in the 2024 festival circuit and secured distribution for a 2025 release. Now, with his second award-winning short film completed, Raul continues to push the boundaries of storytelling—bringing raw, authentic, and visually compelling narratives to the screen.
